Semalam. Hari terakhir 2012. Pun tak ada.particular plan. Then budak office shared his plan to climb Bukit Tabur. Tengok bunga api dari puncak. Sound interesting and I'm in!
Let me see.....
Last time hiking adalah during form 5 and during the day. Now I'm trying to hike Bukit Tabur at night. I thought that maybe I'm never gonna make it to the top but here I am. Updating my blog about it.
Tempat kumpul kat Damansara. Rumah salah sorang yang punya idea, I supposed. Then around 930 pm, the four of us mula gerak ke Bukit Tabur.
Masa nak mula hiking, terserempak dengan guard dogs. Seram juga dengan mata bersinar-sinar bila kena headlight. Start hiking je terus dalam otak teringat Lord of the Ring. Frodo Baggins and Samwise Gamgee punya trip nak ke Modor panjat gunung.

Just our hiking tak lalu gunung batu etc. Just a regular bukit yang boleh dijumpai kat Malaysia.
OTW serius rasa macam nak pengsan. Penat sakit etc. Jatuh terduduk tergelincir jangan cakap r. Aku r ratu. The other 3 guys are used to hiking. After one and a half hour we were about 5 minutes from the peak but we decided to watch the fireworks there because you can barely see the city from the peak. One of the guys went up to scout the peak and to capture the whole event from up there.
While waiting, we met another group of 9 people. But the last 3 person decided to watch the fireworks there with us.
Then the fireworks started.
It was so awesome. So beautiful. Boleh nampak the whole lembah klang ye fireworks. KLCCs fireworks the biggest but there were one place that its fireworks looked like water fountain. It was so beautiful. It last about half hour, I think.

When the fireworks end, the three of us sambung panjat that another 5 minutes ye climb yg penuh dengan batu bukit dan licin. Well sepanjang track penuh dengan batu, akar and tanah licin.
By the time we got there, the other group was preparing their supper and invites us to join them. On the other peak, we saw lights. Maybe from another group. Tak ingat berapa lama exactly kat peak tu. Most probably around 45 minutes to one hour. Then start turun ikut track tadi.
Perjalanan turun tak sepenat naik tapi ketar juga lutut nak tampung badan bila lalu tempat licin. And the best part was we kinda lost from the track. Lol
Kena r buat laluan sendiri and cari balik track asal. Alhamdulillah those guys got GPS. So after 30-45 minutes sesat tu jumpa balik track asal. Syukur.
I wasnt worried sebab aku membesar kat kampung. Biasa masuk kebun, hutan dan berdasarkan pemerhatian aku macam tak ada nampak bekas khinzir dekat track tu. Ke kot aku yang tak kenal laluan khinzir ke khinzir bandar tak sama dengan khinzir kampung hahaha. Yang aku risau adalah malam sebab tak pernah aku hiking memalam. Tapi bila dah jumpa track asal, memang bersyukur gila.
Hampir pukul 2 kiterang sampai dekat kete and duduk rehat kejap. Then cousin budak office aku datang and dierang borak2 sebelum minum kat mamak kejap and then balik. Aku sampai rumah pukul 4 pagi dengan rasa penat dan badan start rasa lenguh.
Tapi semuanya berbaloi!
Climb 2012 turun 2013. One year from starting the climb and to reach down again.
During watching the fireworks, secara tak sedar aku macam berdoa kat Tuhan. Aku minta dikuatkan hati, disihatkan tubuh badan. And I do pray for the ones I love that we all stay healthy and murah rezeki. And I pray that I could be by their side for a long time. Amin.
