[Fine Day]

It's sunny outside so am going to jog. I'm so high spirited today :) because I think I can achieve my target by May which is 60 kg.

Right now I'm 67 kg. Got 7 kg to lose. Need to exercise and control my diet.

Exercise is okay but diet, it's kinda hard to control. Rather than hungry, I'm eating because of nafsu (lust). Living here at KL somehow I managed to reduce 1/3 of the usuall quantity that I consumed. The problem is when I got back home. I can't resist my mom's cooking plus there's no jog track. Though I can jog on the road, it feels uncomfortable.

Someone suggests Herbalife but I dont know. It might help to reduce my appetite buy can it help me with my nafsu makan?

No I don't think so.

So I'm going to take it slow and easy by exercising and control my diet. It's not like I'm chasing over something that I
wanna lose weight in a nip of time.

Oh what the heck?!

It was sunny when I started write this post but now it's drizzling outside! The weather is so unpredictable nowadays.
