[Self-confidence or Self-esteem?]

A book to improve my lack of self-confidence.

I'm a very, very shy person. That's a fact. I'm a very.bery shy person to the point that people thought I am a snob.

I was a confident person. I gained self-confidence thru debate competition, public speaking, story telling, sports etc. I didn't talk much but I never had problems to talk with strangers.

During high schools, appearance was never been an issue. I'm a big boned girl so it's naturally for me to be bigger than any girls. Plus I'm quite tall which makes me the big fat girl @_@.

During matriculation, appearance does really matter.

Now, I may seems confidence but aigoo...

My friends always tell me that's there's nothing wrong with me. Even my family said so but because they're my friends and family, I think that they're being biased hoho. Not that I'll believe it if a stranger tells me that LOL

So I gave myself a bucket list! One of it is to improve my self-esteem which brought me to buy the books :D so the first challenges is to read it and practice!

Hwaiting Rina! Improve your self-confidence! And your English too!
